By using the Elevate Labs website or working with us on a project, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them short and human — no walls of legal text.
Elevate Labs provides Shopify design, development, migration, and growth services. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are defined in the proposal or statement of work we agree on before a project starts.
Project fees and payment schedules are outlined in your proposal. Commission-based partnerships (such as the Limited Slots program) are billed as a percentage of attributable revenue, tracked through your store analytics. Invoices are due on the terms stated on each invoice.
Once a project is paid in full, all custom design, theme code, and assets we create for your store are yours. We keep the right to show non-confidential work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us not to.
You agree to provide the content, product information, brand assets, and access we need to deliver the work. Delays in providing these may push back delivery dates, and we can't be held responsible for issues that come from third-party platforms or apps outside our control.
Either side can end an engagement with written notice. Work completed up to that point is billable. Refunds, where applicable, are handled case-by-case and in good faith.
We do our best to deliver great work, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (such as revenue or ranking). Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you've paid us for that project.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always live on this page, with the updated date above.
